तत्र स्थितौ यत्नो ऽभ्यासः ॥१३॥
Persistence (abhyāsa) is the effort (yatna) to remain (sthiti) there in the calm of the inner perceptual space. Practise is the repeated effort to follow the discipline.
The ideal pose it not the goal, conscious effort to stretch the muscles targetted by the asana, relaxing the rest and staying there is the process we should enjoy!

An excellent way to stretch hamstring,vertebral column and shoulders.
Once you are in the asana,consciously relax your body and focus on breathing. In this pose especially make sure that you are not putting stress on knees. Hold the pose as long as comfortable.
