सूर्य नमस्कार करने से कई तरह के फ़ायदे होते हैं. यह एक फ़ुल-बॉडी वर्कआउट है. यह शरीर और दिमाग दोनों के लिए फ़ायदेमंद होता है. सूर्य नमस्कार करने से शरीर मज़बूत होता है और लचीलापन बढ़ता है. 

सूर्य नमस्कार करने के फ़ायदे: 

यह शरीर के सभी अंगों को फ़ायदा पहुंचाता है.

यह रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाता है.

यह शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा बढ़ाता है.

इससे पाचन क्रिया बेहतर होती है.

यह मेटाबॉलिज़्म को तेज़ करता है.

यह वज़न कम करने में मदद करता है.

यह मानसिक शांति देता है.

यह आत्म-सम्मान बढ़ाता है.

यह रीढ़ में ब्लड सर्कुलेशन बढ़ाता है.

यह दिल की सेहत को बेहतर बनाता है.

सूर्य नमस्कार करने का तरीका: 

सूर्य नमस्कार सुबह सूर्योदय से पहले खाली पेट करना चाहिए.

अगर आप पहली बार सूर्य नमस्कार कर रहे हैं, तो किसी योग एक्सपर्ट या ट्रेनर की देखरेख में करना चाहिए.

🔺Matsyasana
The fish pose benefits women's reproductive systems. It helps control the menstrual flow and manages menstrual pain.

🔺Janushirsasana
It can strengthen back muscles at the time of the pregnancy up to the second trimester. When performed without coming forward, it can keep the back spine perfectly concave and maintain the front torso long.

🔺Ardh Halasana
This pose will stimulate sexual organs. It will enhance blood flow in your sexual organs. It enhances sexual health

🔺Malasana
Malasana engages the muscles in the lower body, including the quadriceps, hamstrings, and calf muscles. It also helps open up the hips.

🔺Paschimottanasana
Paschimottanasana pose stretches your calves, muscles along the spine, and abductors of your inner thighs, back, and hamstrings and helps open your hips.

🔺Balasana
When you perform Balasana, you open your knees and position your abdomen between them. This helps you stretch your hips.
