1.Stiffness and Soreness
During a hard workout, muscles go through numerous contractions which leave them in a miss-shaped and shortened state, which is why you will feel stiffness and soreness if you don’t try and rectify the state by stretching.

So Here I was just a regular day at work and I got the honour to train this amazing lady. When I started taking her workout I was like yeah I will giver her some light weight exercises and that's it later to my dismay she proved me completely wrong by lifting much much heavier than any of her peers (In case you are wondering she is 48) I asked her for a picture and she kindly responded I want to achieve something in this fitness industry, I asked her what do you want to do? She said "I want to do powerlifting" And I was just blown away. The only thing I will say is keep dreaming and keep grinding there is no such thing as age because it's just a number!
