Splits makes me feel alive😍
This is one of the asana’s that stretches your hamstrings & hip-flexors at it’s level best 🔥
When you will try to achieve this asana, you will struggle a lot if you don’t have the right strategy!
But, if you have the right strategy you will fall in love the process of getting into splits ❤️
What did I learn?
My patience level has increased while practicing for splits 🙏🏻☺️

Inner kick Hold: Martial Arts
This is one of my favorite performance kicks when it comes to martial arts!
Movement makes you a better person 😃
You learn many life lessons when you are practicing the martial arts kick with an intention of doing the kicks with perfection 🔥
Benefits of doing inner kicks practice:
👉🏻Better flexibility in your entire lower body
👉🏻Challenges mobility in your hip flexors and hamstrings
👉🏻Improves stability and focus
👉🏻Makes you super happy during your self practice
