At StayYogaFit our vision is to spread awareness about Yoga - an ancient and effective way of livin I started StayYogaFit taking inspiration from my mom.

She is a successful yoga practitioner and instructor for past 15 years. Seeing her so much youthful and active at the age of 60 and her passion to spread awareness of yoga for young generations is something I admire the most. From my personal experience practicing yoga for past few years, I realized its power to transform human body and mind. And StayYogaFit is result of that realization and passion within to help people around me to also experience feeling energetic, fit and younger every day!
