It’s a pleasure to share yet another achievement, this time by Aarushi. With her hard work she has efficiently reduced 12 Kgs and is very happy with her new self. 💕

Exercising on several muscles and joints together is what functional training is. It focuses on movement patterns. Helps in making day to day activities more comfortable. Its never too late to start strength functional training as It improves coordination and Mobility .
