👉🏽👉🏽*HALOMI FITNESS CLIENT RESULTS* ✅ Every body is different. Haven’t we heard this? And we know this too. Let’s compare two results. Even though two people follow similar diets and exercise patterns, their bodies may react differently. Take two of our clients here.


Vidula lost almost 4 kg in 2 months while Dipannita lost 12 kg almost. However, both of them gained strength and agility in the process. Their energy levels improved and their journey continues on the right path. Don’t we all think that diabetes, pcod or even corona virus wont happen to me? 🤷🏽‍♀️Why do we feel this? Let’s take a look at the stats today. The hard truth proven by numbers. Honestly there’s no rationale to feel that we are immune to these disorders or health issues but we still ‘feel’ so. Today, we want to put these stats out here to remind you that we ALL need to work ACTIVELY to stay healthy. Diabetes and pcod are rampant in India. We all know that Corona virus can be dangerous for people who have pre existing conditions. A lot of these conditions are related to blood sugar management and they can affect ANY age group not just the elderly.


Don’t be the one saying BUT THIS CANNOT BE ME.. test yourself and actively workout and maintain a good lifestyle to ensure you NEVER have these conditions instead of taking medications after you have it. If you don’t have any of them now its great but it doesn’t mean that if you don’t maintain a healthy lifestyle you wont get it later. Noone is inherently or genetically immune to repercussions of a bad lifestyle. So this is a continuous process and thats why we call it a lifestyle.
