SPYN completes 4 years today! Here is a little something for my clients who mean so much to me, filling all of the days at the studio with so much warmth and glee.
It has been four years to SPYN and it is all because of you! With your trust and support, the studio grew beautifully.
It's a very fulfilling thing for me to see you become healthier and seeing you at the studio every day fills me with so much joy.
I am so grateful for all of you and for what SPYN is today. We will continue to get stronger together in each and every way.
So here's wishing you a Happy Diwali and many wholesome days. I hope life gives you the absolute best in all of its ways!

Asana of the week: Adhomukhashvanasana (Downward facing dog)
This asana is equal parts strengthening and stretching. Practicing Down Dog can help you build better balance and flexibility throughout your whole body.
It strengthens your core, the front of your thighs (quadriceps), chest, shoulders, arms, wrists, and upper back.
It also stretches the muscles along your spine, the back of your thighs (hamstrings), your buttocks (glutes), the palm sides of your wrists, and your feet.
