Christina Aguilera, the famous singer-songwriter, had her weight playing pranks over the years. During her first pregnancy, she had gained almost 20 kilos and had a hard time losing the weight afterwards. She had lost 18 kilos doing daily yoga, using a low-calorie meal plan for her and taking time off to de-stress. Great feat indeed!
