Crucial for any overhead lifting if cleans are correct you will find get the over head lifts such as jerk, push press and presses correct. Many times while racking the bells the acceleration pull is insufficient and the load is carried by biceps, in this case the fatigue comes early and so is the rack inefficient.

Hip mobility along relaxed back and good stability in shoulders are responsible for good rack position.

Article gives glance on how to correct the cleans and moreover how much time you need to spend before you switch over to overhead or lockout positions. Take lifting step by step, have sufficient time to correct the form with your coach before you progress to high weights. Applicable to or any other equipment used for strength training.

Coach Parag receives Master of Sport (MS) certificate from recent World champs at Poland.

What a year to start- 2020! 1st Jan received the most important treasure of my life - Master of Sport (MS) certificate. The achievement was not so easy and always can do better.

I was 78kg in June of 2018 for WKSF Worlds and 68kg in Nov 19 for IKMF Worlds. Having been researching on nutrition and strength programs, writing cycles and doing lot of trials to perform best in sport. The correct nutrition and timed training programs has changed my results and also become Worlds top lift for my category.

Would like to thank all Kettlebell sport athlete's in India for support and rest of World for learnings, personally learn a lot from pros and even amateurs.
