Modern past association was established on 15th August 1953. This year we are celebrating our 64th anniversary on 15th August 2017. Also, this year Modern Past Association is organizing the 27th edition of ‘Dawn To Dusk, basket ball tournament on 15th August to celebrate our anniversary and also our independence day.
Dawn To Dusk is unique basketball tournament in Maharashtra. The duration of match is only 10 minutes, instead of 40 minutes regular basketball match; also some minor changes are made in the rules to make the matches more exciting. Started in 1991 with participation of 20 teams, this tournament is achieving new heights every year. last year 54teams participated with great enthusiasm to play 84 matches in one day. The championship is so popular in Maharashtra that not only from pune but also from Delhi,Mumbai, Thane, Ahamadnagar, Solapur, Baramati, and reputed arms forces teams are going to participate in this tournament.

27th Dawn 2 Dusk basket ball tournament is on 15th August 2017 . Please confirm your entry by 13/8/2017 . Draws will be held on 13 August 2017 at 6:30 pm at Adv. Chaitanya office. (MPA office) Model colony.
