Our riders participating in the Bergamont Gran Fondo Challenge 2026 took on the Yavat out-and-back—pushing through the heat, chasing endurance, and ticking off those hard-earned kilometers towards the 100 km goal.
The rider hopes every ride to be completely trouble-free… but let’s be honest an uneventful ride is no fun 😉 A puncture did make its appearance, just enough to remind us that it’s all part of the ride.
What stood out was the grit. Every rider showed up strong, stayed steady, and rode with intent.
And that breakfast at Kamat’s? 🍽️
Not just food, but a properly earned one.

What started as a simple second Sunday every month plan turned into one of those rides you wish you could replay.
Good weather, and a solid group that kept the pace smooth and the vibes even better. From Deccan to Basket Bridge and all the way to Ravet, it was less about the distance and more about the conversations, the laughs, and those quiet stretches where it’s just you, the road, and your thoughts.
And of course… the real motivation—breakfast tasted 10x better after earning it 🍳☕
Great to see familiar faces and some new ones joining in with their recently bought machines.That’s what these rides are all about, showing up, riding together, and heading back with better stories than we started with.
