Unveiling Running Dudes 2023 Tee!!

Sharing today journey of @vishal_therunningdude from 86 min to 53:43 mins in 10K in 6 months.
This Dude was not able to run Since December 2021 till End of May 2022 because of an Injury occurred during a family event. After recovering he decided to run but have gained a loads of weight 85+ kg.
After starting with his training he ran his first 10K  in 86 mins instead of having experience of 3 FMs and multiple HMs & 10Ks he was all out of breathe & sweating profusely he always run pace above 6:15. He and his mentor understood that they will have to start from scratch. They decided that he will not go after long runs FM & Ultra but will focus on 10K timing.
Started to train for an very improbable timing of 10K around 52 mins. To achieve this target he not only followed the plan give by his mentor religiously but also curbed his taste buds and cut out processed sugar totally out of his diet and eating habits. This same Dude had given up smoking & drinking some 5 years around and have been inspiration to many around him. As weeks and months went by along with his training intensity his pace also started to increase and weight began to decrease.  He was single mindedly focused of improving the 10K time. He began to show signs of gaining his pace and Confidence back by running an impromptu running event. 
The fire in his belly to do well in Running (his passion and love) and to make up for all the lost time for running he is training religiously and rigorously.
In the coming weekends, weekdays and month followed a streak of 5K, 10K and 21K (not even trained for HM in this period) PBs. It is raining PBs for him everywhere.
When asked for his success mantra he just said: Practice, Practice and do more practice. Trust the process & training plan designed for you without any iota of doubt and everything shall fall in place. 
"Some goals are so worthy, it's even glorious to fail!!"
Recently, this Dude hit a 10K PB of 53:43 mins almost an approx improvement of 13 m mins and achieved 21k PB of 2hrs 03 mins improving previous PB of 2hrs 25 mins by almost 22mins.
We wish him many more PB
