Do you know how it feels to have just completed a workout and feel so much better than you did before? Even if you're not motivated to exercise, the prospect of that feeling can be enough to bring you to the gym. You could call that sensation an endorphin rush, which is not completely false, but it turns out that exercising makes you happier in a variety of ways.
