Martial Arts Club and Functional training Center TSC also includes Self-defense Sessions, grabbing and locking techniques, etc.
The goal of TSC is to provide training in different styles of martial arts like Karate, Arnis, Kick-boxing, etc. TSC also provide Functional Training like body-weight training, free-weight training, callisthenics workout for physical and mental fitness. TSC's mission is not just to develop physical strength but also mental strength and character development.
