Anagha came to us to lose weight and change some bad habits and adapt to a healthy lifestyle. Being in MNC she has a very hectic schedule, disturbed sleep pattern and eating habits and the lack of exercise, lead to her weight gain. Since coming to HFIT-ABSS she has stopped snacking and training 3 times a week. Plans her meals as per the given meal plan according to her schedule. The effort she puts in sessions and her warm friendly energy earns her the result she wants to achieve. Now it's time if she is travelling and she always tries to follow her meals.
