When traditional food gets classified as “high fat”, “high sugar” etc, diversity of cuisine shrinks, slowly but surely regional delicacies disappear and massy, glossy packaged chocolates & chips appear for all festivities. Good only for profits, not for planet, not for people.
What’s required for good health is a clear distinction in our heads between home cooked food & store bought, ready to eat, ultra processed food. Eat the former and avoid the latter. If we get that basic right, we get the first step of eating right, right. Stand up to nutritionism.

Pre-Workout meal plays a very important role,l as it can either enhance the performance of an individual or can hinder the performance during the workout ,sharing a few pre-workout meal plan ideas you can try if you are not sure of what to eat before the workout !!!
Depending on the time of your workout you will have to plan the meal!!
