My name is Sheetal Surve.

I would like to introduce myself. 11 years ago I was working with an IT company as a Visual Designer.

Due to unhealthy lifestyle 🎯I became 10kgs overweight ☹️ and suffered from severe PCOS at the age of 30😨. There was a *7 cm cyst on my left o***y*. So I decided that I would go back and just lose weight.

After many other methods, I came across a proper weight loss plan. ✅I lost 10kg in 3 months with the combination of diet, workout and Nutrition. 📍Also I got rid of the PCOS problem. 💃

I have been maintaining it for 11 years now! and I feel absolutely strong and powerful.
