Super set to train the anterior deltoid I’m the best possible way.
Single hand Front raises*Arnold press
Go for more sets and less reps when you want to gain strength.
But shoulders are the muscles which respond to lower weights better. So train accordingly.
Have a happy workout to the ones who are yet to finish the same.
Train harder for these last 2 days💪🏻 and remove the clutter of those excess calories this year itself as much as possible💪🏻♥️

Here Ive brought to the very demanding yet basic abdominal exercises can be done at home, by age groups from 16-60.
Basically it’s done to strengthen your core muscles, which is very important. Ive already explained the exercises along with the breathing in the video still for your reference I’m sharing the names and muscles involved here:
1) Leg raises: lower abdominal muscles are being trained here, which helps you reduce lower belly fat.
2) Crunches: upper abdominal muscles are getting trained here.
3) knees to elbows: Obliques are getting trained here which helps to cut down those love handles.
4)Plank to pushups: Here overall core is trained along with shoulders and chest.

Two of my fav old school exercises💪🏻♥️
1) lat pull down : Very effective for the development of latissimus dorsi (Wings in layman term)
Go for very controlled reps for effective breakdown.
2) lateral raises: Best exercise for the development of medial deltoid which makes your shoulders look broader.
So many people go confused about the breathing techniques,so here’s a tip:
Always exhale whenever you contract your muscle and always inhale whenever you are relaxing your muscles.
