We are delighted to share our wonderful experience of the recently concluded "Monsoon Yoga Regimen according to Varsha Rutucharya." 🌸🧘♂️ It was an incredible journey of wellness and rejuvenation, where we embraced the Ayurvedic diet and yoga practices to boost our immunity and digestive power, ensuring a healthy and vibrant rainy season. 🌿💪
Varsha Rutucharya, which translates to the "seasonal regimen of monsoon," is a traditional Ayurvedic practice that emphasizes aligning our lifestyle with the changing seasons. As the monsoon brings a shift in weather patterns, it is essential to adapt our routines and nourish our bodies accordingly. 🌧️🌱
During this rejuvenating journey, we followed a nourishing Ayurvedic diet, incorporating seasonal fruits, vegetables, and herbs that are beneficial during the rainy season. These foods are known to strengthen our immune system and aid digestion, helping us stay healthy and vibrant amidst the rain-filled days. 🍉🥗
Alongside our dietary adjustments, we also incorporated a specially curated yoga regimen. Our yoga sessions were designed to enhance our overall well-being, focusing on poses and sequences that improve metabolism, improve digestion, to boost Immunity power .

108 सूर्यनमस्कार चुनौती एक कठिन लेकिन पुरस्कृत अभ्यास है जिसके लिए अनुशासन, समर्पण और focus की आवश्यकता होती है। हम आभारी हैं कि हमें challenge के दौरान अपने प्रतिभागियों का मार्गदर्शन और समर्थन करने का अवसर हमें मिला। हम अपनी योग शिक्षिका को उनकी विशेषज्ञता साझा करने और इस चुनौती को सफल बनाने में मदद करने के लिए धन्यवाद देना चाहते हैं।

The International Day of Yoga is a special occasion celebrated on the 21st of June every year to promote the benefits of yoga and meditation. This year, we are celebrating the occasion by performing 108 Suryanamaskars, a popular yoga sequence that honors the sun and awakens the body.
Suryanamaskar, also known as Sun Salutation, is a series of 12 yoga postures performed in a sequence. These postures are designed to stretch and strengthen the entire body, while also improving flexibility and balance. By performing 108 Suryanamaskars, we will be completing 1,296 yoga postures in total, which is an incredible feat of endurance and focus.
To prepare for the event, it is important to start practicing Suryanamaskars regularly in the weeks leading up to the International Day of Yoga. This will help to build stamina and improve flexibility, ensuring that we are able to complete the 108 Suryanamaskars with ease.
On the day of the event, we will begin by warming up with a few simple stretches before moving on to the Suryanamaskar sequence. We will perform each posture with precision and focus, taking deep breaths and maintaining a steady pace throughout. As we progress through the 108 Suryanamaskars, we will feel our bodies becoming stronger and more energized, and we will experience a deep sense of peace and clarity.
