We are thrilled to announce a momentous achievement from the UNITED WORLD WRESTLING's Ordinary Congress held on October 27 in Tirana, Albania. Ms. Cholpan Sultanbekova of Kyrgyzstan has been elected as a distinguished member of the United World Wrestling Bureau!

Beyond her new role, Ms. Sultanbekova serves as President of the UWW World Belt Wrestling Committee. She is also a respected member of Kyrgyzstan's Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament), where she chairs the Committee on Constitutional Legislation and Judicial Issues. Her impressive background includes her previous position as Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, underscoring her dedication and influential leadership.

This milestone is not only a testament to Ms. Sultanbekova's commitment but also a proud moment for our belt wrestling community. Please join us in celebrating her well-deserved election and wishing her continued success in championing belt wrestling worldwide!
