They have to know that when you Push them, it’s because you see Potential in them.
When you ask them to try again, it’s because you believe they can.
And when they get it Wrong, they know they’re still welcome to Try.
Technique can make someone a Better Dancer.
But Trust is what gives them the Courage to become One.
At STEPZ Studio, that relationship between Teacher and Student is something we Never take Lightly. Because the most Beautiful Progress happens when a Dancer stops being Afraid of getting it Wrong — and starts believing they Belong in the Room ❤️
