Independent Directors earn ...

* Sitting fee: Up to Rs 1 lakh per meeting. For attending board meetings, committee meetings, or any meetings scheduled by the board for any other purpose.

* Reimbursements: Of expenses incurred for participation in meetings.

* Profit related commission: As may be approved by the board.
