Leafy vegetables are a good choice for a healthful diet because they do not contain cholesterol and are naturally low in calories and sodium. Here is another Tasty Salad Recipe to tickle your taste buds.
1. Wash broccoli and cut into small pieces.
2. Pour boiling water over broccoli and leave for 5 minutes. Drain and refresh under cold water and drain again.
3. Peel beetroot and grate coarsely.
4. Arrange washed baby spinach leaves over the base of a bowl.
Top with grated beetroot. Scatter over broccoli and pistachio nuts (Optional)
5. Drizzle over the oil and vinegar. Grind over black pepper and serve.
