For those of you who don’t know about us- The F Squad program is a hardcore Dance Fitness session that instills the madness of dance into a full-body-workout that is rooted in Fitness Science principles.

We will be talking extensively on dance, fitness and music during the training along with carefully crafted practical sessions for you to internalise what we want you to know.
