Chia Pudding (1 serving)

Boiled Eggs (2 medium eggs)

Ingredients
For Chia Pudding:
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 1/2 cup milk (almond or cow’s milk)
• 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
• 1/4 cup mixed fruits (berries, mango, or banana)
For Boiled Eggs:
• 2 eggs
• Pinch of salt and pepper
How to Make It
Chia Pudding
1. In a jar, combine chia seeds, milk, and honey.
2. Stir well and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
3. Top with fresh fruits before serving.
Boiled Eggs
1. Boil eggs in water for 7-10 minutes (depending on preferred doneness).
