Meditation मध्ये consistency का महत्त्वाची आहे माहीत आहे?

कारण शांतता एकदाच बसून मिळत नाही…
ती रोज स्वतःकडे परत येण्यातून तयार होते.

जसं शरीराला रोज अन्न लागतं,
तसंच मनाला रोज शांततेची गरज असते.

एक दिवस meditation करून magic होत नाही.
पण रोज थोडा वेळ स्वतःला दिला,
तर हळूहळू विचार बदलतात, emotions stable होतात,
आणि शरीर safe feel करायला लागतं.

Consistency म्हणजे perfection नाही…
Consistency म्हणजे स्वतःला रोज पुन्हा निवडणं.

काही लोक आयुष्यापासून पळत नसतात…
ते त्यांच्या आतल्या जडपणापासून पळत असतात.

सगळं सांभाळताना, मजबूत राहण्याच्या प्रयत्नात ते स्वतःलाच accept करायचं विसरून जातात.

जेव्हा आपण आपल्या emotions, pain किंवा परिस्थितीला accept करत नाही, तेव्हा शरीर सतत survival mode मध्ये राहायला लागतं.

आणि मग शांतता सुद्धा uncomfortable वाटायला लागते.
Healing ची सुरुवात सगळं बदलण्यात नसते…

तर स्वतःला जसं आहे तसं स्वीकारण्यात असते.

आपण तिला कसं पाहतो ते जास्त अवघड बनवतं…

मन सतत प्रश्न विचारत राहतं…
आणि आपण त्याच विचारांमध्ये अडकून जातो…

थोडा थांबा… observe करा…
कदाचित उत्तर तिथेच आहे जिथे तुम्ही शांत होता.

जर relate होत असेल तर “ME” comment करा.

तर काम संपल्यानंतरही चालू राहणारे विचार असतात.

आपण ऑफिसमधून बाहेर पडतो…
पण आपलं मन त्या दिवसातून बाहेर पडत नाही.
