Hence, a big part of our program, is taking Yoga into nature, drawing inspiration from all its beings and feeling one with them.
Our classes are for all age groups and generally follow the Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga forms.

Has it ever occurred to you that you are able to do certain movements better on one side and struggle on the other? Or do you know someone who develops tightness on the same spot frequently? If yes, then please read on -
The joints and muscles in our body are built to absorb shock, to decrease wear & tear. When a muscle on one side of our body is stronger than the corresponding muscle on the other side, we develop muscle imbalance, which may lead to limited joint mobility, instability in ligaments, tendons, muscles, recurring injuries and so on. Many times, we are unaware of these imbalances in our body and its cause.
Although this can happen to anybody – whether someone regularly exercises, does yogasanas, or leads a sedentary life, etc., The question is, how do these imbalances occur in the first place?
In this workshop, you will learn how to assess your own body for any imbalances.
Who can benefit from this workshop?
Anyone who is into fitness, yogasana practitioners, yoga instructors, and such. In short, this workshop will help those who are looking to improve their performance and those who are having regular injuries or recurrence of similar injuries.
If this sounds interesting, allow us to take you through an interesting exploration of our body, determine how imbalances occur, and understand the steps to correct them.

Another feather in the hat.
The first week of March was a positively challenging week - understanding a new field with whatever anatomy knowledge I have. But it was definitely worth it.
Sitting among physiotherapists, learning a new concept was fun. Knowledge of how to manipulate fascia is a great add-on and goes well with other therapies.
After a long time, I felt like a student in school.. with a backpack running from room to the session and having fun during breaktime. Exchanging notes, being childish, exploring mumbai at night, running for train etc... Really enjoyed the week.😊
Now it's practice time.. and my hubby is being a sweet bakra (guinea pig).😊❤️
