Yes
As a coach
it's my job to
push you to take action and
Help you achieve your goals
And that
Is not possible
When I let you give me your excuses
But
Push you to take action even when you don't feel like it..
DM me "Push" if you are waiting for that push to take action!!

If the issue has nothing to do with you or your actions don't say
I am sorry
and
thereby take on guilt
for what isn't yours!!
You wouldn't
pick up someone else's
jewellery and wear it
Similarly their wounds and fears won't look good on you either
So stop feeling guilty for others and just be YOURSELF!!
Let me know, if this is something you wanted to hear today

You think things through carefully.
You weigh options.
You try to get it right.
People call you thoughtful.
Mature.
Responsible.
What they don’t see is how heavy
decisions can feel inside.
Not because you don’t trust yourself.
And not because you lack intelligence or clarity.
Often, it’s because you learned early
that mistakes have consequences
and harmony matters.
So your mind stays alert.
Double-checking.
Revisiting.
Overthinking isn’t your flaw.
It’s a skill that helped you cope
and now it’s asking to rest.
If this resonated, there’s nothing to fix.
Just a different way of listening to yourself.

Calm is not the absence of responsibility —
it’s the presence of inner safety.
You can carry roles, decisions, and commitments
without carrying constant tension in your body.
Responsibility doesn’t require anxiety.
Leadership doesn’t require exhaustion.
When your nervous system feels safe,
you respond instead of react,
decide without panic,
and lead without losing yourself.
Calm isn’t doing less.
It’s doing life from a regulated, grounded place.
That’s where clarity, confidence, and sustainable strength live.

We as women try to manage everything better when life starts to feel heavy.
We plan more.
We hold tighter.
And yet, inside, there’s still a sense of strain.
This isn’t because we’re doing something wrong.
It’s often because we’ve been operating from responsibility for too long,
without giving ourselves permission to pause and listen inward.
Sometimes clarity doesn’t arrive through control.
It arrives through gentler attention.
If this felt familiar, you’re welcome to message me.
We can talk about what listening inward could look like for you.
