“It never gets easier, you just get stronger!”
IIT (ISM) Weightlifting is delighted to welcome the students for this year’s inductions to be held on February 24, 5:30 P. M. onwards at the Weightlifting Room, SAC. This event is aimed at introducing the interested students to the coach, facilities, achievements, and athletes of IIT (ISM) Weightlifting.
The room where the inductions would take place has seen the sweat, labour and grit of countless athletes who have brought laurels to our institute. Our athletes have seen success in various Sports Fests, District Meets and Inter-IIT Sports Meets. Some of the recent accomplishments at the Inter-IIT Sports Meet 2019 include Mr. Prashant Kaushik and Mr. Manoj Bhichchhar bringing home the Silver and the Bronze Medals, respectively.
Our club proudly houses one of the best weightlifting rooms and equipments among all other IITs, along with a reputed and experienced national-level coach, Mr. Deepak Sharma. Thus, proper guidance and care from our side throughout your path to weightlifting excellence and unimaginable strength is ensured.
