Life lately✨
(1) Regular exercise is still keeping me strong, both physically and mentally. Found a good rhythm with two group classes per week and yoga at home whenever there’s a chance (though less often than I’d like).
(2) A rare moment on the mat. I’ve come to peace with the fact that I won’t have much me-time until my son goes to daycare next year.
(3) Nap time editing session. I’ve also accepted that I can’t work as much as before. Taking care of a little human is a 24/7 job and the number one priority at the moment.
(4) Feeling like I’m missing out for the first time since having a baby. We live 2 hours away from Paris, and I’d love to watch the Olympics, but it’s not the best place to take a little one.
(5) Santosha, or contentment, means finding joy and satisfaction in the present moment, right here and now, just as it is. One of the hardest niyamas to practice if you ask me, but I feel like I’ve been able to embrace it pretty well lately 😊🙏

I would be lying if I said I never get a little nostalgic looking at my pre-pregnancy pictures and wishing I could return to the same weight and fitness level asap. But I remind myself that yoga is a lifelong journey, and one of the niyamas - Santosha(contentment) - teaches us to find joy in every moment, every stage of life. My body may have changed, but my heart is fuller than ever with love ❤️

Checking in from the newborn bubble. 🍼✨ I totally expected to still be pregnant at this point, but our little boy had his own plans and gave us an early surprise. Everything still feels surreal yet incredibly wonderful. Soaking up every bit of this incredible new chapter. 💙

Welcome to the April Yoga Calendar! Here’s what you can expect this month:
- New upload schedule: New yoga videos will be published on Sundays at 12 pm (German time) instead of Mondays.
- Easy Mondays: Start your week gently with a short, under 10-minute standing or seated yoga practice that doesn’t require a yoga mat.
- Saturday choices: Look forward to longer yoga sessions on Saturdays, with options for both beginner and intermediate levels.

It's time for a new yoga calendar! Here is what you can expect in March:
- Start your week with a new yoga video every Monday. I'll be releasing two new longer 30 minute videos - a full body yin yoga and a beginner to intermediate vinyasa flow.
- Combat the mid-week slump with a standing practice every Wednesday that you can do anywhere, without the need for a yoga mat.
- On Sundays, you have the option to rest or revisit your favorite video from the week.
