Meditation at Top Of the Hill.
๐ฌ๐ง๐บ๐ธ My morning yoga practice is my favorite part of my day. I love to wake up and step on my yoga mat, Iโve read that doing this every day can help to reduce stress and itโs also great for your mindset and physical fitness. I use to do between 20 and 45 minutes of yoga flow every morning, depending on my mood and my time. But I try as much as possible to stick to it. Then, I prepare my breakfast and start my day at work. Having a regular routine helps me a lot to schedule my day and to be efficient in what I do. So, I suggest you to create your own routine too, you will see quickly the benefits!

Yoga is a process of self discovery, an eternal journey into the center of yourself. Some people ask why we need advanced postures if yoga is about the inner journey. Handstand was one of my greatest struggles, it pushed me to limit of possibility, brought up so many of my personal issues (short arms, thick thighs, never a dancer/gymnast), that it opened a whole new world of awareness when I finally found balance. Everybody and every body needs to be challenged and there is a pose that will test everyone. Some people because of natural strength or flexibility will not find their edge until they try an advanced pose, but that doesn't make their journey more valid than someone who finds their challenge in a forward bend. Yoga is not a bend-off. Handstand is not the gold medal. What counts is the quality of work that you put in to being a better person every day

HANDSTAND FEAR ๐๐คธโโ
When working with the fear of being upside down you canโt force yourself to suddenly just get over it. Take your time, be patient and be gentle with yourself and start small with these baby cartwheels. Maybe just do these for a couple of weeks before taking it to the wall, in order to get used to putting weight on your hands.

2nd slide: go slow in order to avoid stubbing your toes! Try to land at the wall with the balls/soles of your feet!
