YOG philosophy with SADHU

"The greatest service to humanity is that an individual realises the true self." And an opportunity to realise oneself is very rare.

On the same line of thought, we are grateful to introduce on- line 10 hr introductory courses in Yoga , Meditation and Spirituality, as an opportunity for all spiritual seekers.

The spiritual world is not about how much knowledge you gain, but how much knowledge with practice is contained in you.

• Online classes next month from 3rd April Every Sunday. The course📖 is certified by Yoga Alliance under Continued Education for Spiritual Practitioners. Here is my humble attempt to give a preface to the course.

May peace reign all over this earth, in water and in all herbs, trees and creepers.

May peace flow over the whole universe.
May peace be in the Supreme Being Brahman.

And may there always exist in all peace and peace alone.

Ohhhh LIFE ,how much i appreciate u....coz through life i have conquered the DEATH..

" No one has ever found the GOD after the DEATH, but the one who found the GOD by dying while living every moment "

U r entire life changes the day U decide U will no longer accept the U..when u decide that today is the most important day of u r life..may b the last day and that NOW matters more than any other time bcoz, its who U r becoming each day based on the choices U r making and the actions U r taking, that is determining who U r gng to b for THE REST OF U R LIFE...

The moment U accept responsibility for EVERYTHING in u r life is the moment U tap into u r power to change ANYTHING in u r life

Make courageous move towards U r dreams EACH day

after all it's U against U...

As reflection is within the mirror, so does u r GURU abide within U ...but as the mirror needs an image outside to reflect in/on...the same way we need a GURU( master,Guide, teacher) in any form who show us the real image inside, within U...

When the Great Guru Nanak Dev said " let no man live in the world of DILUSION, without a guru none can cross over the other side of SANSAR"...he means we need a ship to cross the River of SAMSAR...but make sure when u r in the ship u need to learn how to sail the ship...put the effort, Practice the teaching of u r GURU, who makes u independent , not dependent on it...

GURU helps to over come our Greed, envy, hatred , mental condition to Guide us on Spiritual path( dnt separate spirituality then day to day life struggle)

GURU is just a reflection of u r own SELF..May b u need a GURU outside or not..but we must understand our self as IT IS...with GURU or without GURU...

" GURU is not a Refuge or Outer Security , but GURU ( u r OWN SELF) is the liberator, Sweeping away all Refuge n security forever n ever "...
