Yoga gives you strength. Not just physical strength but also mental strength, enabling you in activating your innate healing for greater balance, vitality, and well-being. One may find that focusing on both your breath and your power to be able to hold each posture can help you detach all the negativity and magnify your aura. Many people turn to yoga because of stress fear and anxiety.

It's all about meeting yourself where you are and accept whatever emotions arise. It's important to feel settled from within and have faith.
