Virabhadrasana 1 πŸ™‚

In this pose the chest is fully expanded and this helps in deep breathing. it relieves stiffness in shoulders and back, tones up the ankles and knees and cures stiffness of the neck. It also reduces fat round the hips.

But it should not be tried by persons with weak heart πŸ™‚.

"Sirsasana + Sarvangasana"

Sirsasana should always be followed by Sarvangasana and it's cycle. It has been observed that people who devote themselves to Sirsasana alone without doing Sarvangasana, they lose their temper over trifling things and become irritated quickly.
So, if Sarvangasana is the mother then Sirsasana may be regarded as the father of all asanas. And just both parents are necessary for peace and harmony in home so, in the same way practice of both these asana are essential to keep the body healthy and mind peaceful πŸŒΏπŸ•‰οΈβ˜ΊοΈ.
