Kundalini practice includes the repetitive practice of mantras, mudras(hand movements),meditation, breathing techniques along with the asanas. These practices will rise the kundalini energy and move it along the chakras and eventually release it at the 7th (crown) chakra. This release of energy promotes awakeing & enlightenment of an individual.
