Downward-Facing Dog 🐕
Step 1: Start in tabletop position, toes tucked in, palms pressing down, and core muscles engaged.
Step 2: Lift one knee off the mat to find your grip and muscle engagement.
Step 3: As you lift your knee, take your sacrum up and back, softly bending your knee to stretch your back.
✨ Important tips:
- Softly bent knees help stretch your back.
- Press palms down, spreading fingers.
- Lift the sacrum.
- Rotate hands/shoulders outwards, relaxing your neck.
