MEDITATE π§ββοΈ ON TOUCH
Today, try meditating on the bodily sensation of touch. You can do this at any time and in any place. Either close your eyes or simply often your gaze. Begin observing your breath, feeling the air as it enters in through your nostrils or mouth, and then the sensation of your breath releasing. Direct your attention to the air touching your skin wherever it is exposed, noticing whether it is warm or cold, still or moving.
Feel the texture of your clothing against your skin, and the firmness or softness of the ground beneath you.
Let yourself float in this state of heightened awareness, appreciating your body's experience of touch.
