To practice Natarajasana, follow these steps:
Stand in Tadasana (mountain pose) at the front of your mat with your feet hip-distance apart and your arms by your sides.
Shift your weight onto your left foot and lift your right heel towards your buttocks.
Reach back with your right hand and grasp your right ankle, keeping your knees close together.
