Pranayama is the yogic practice of controlling and expanding the breath to balance the body, mind, and energy. Through conscious breathing techniques.
According to yogic science, the life force energy moves through the body in five forms known as the five pranas: Prana, Apana, Samana, Udana, and Vyana. These five pranas regulate different physical, mental, and energetic functions within the body and help maintain overall balance and wellbeing.
