There are three daily yoga classes. anyone can free drop in. Morning rejuvenation yoga class: 8.ooam to 9.oo am based on Hatha Tantra. Afternoon Applied Yoga Therapy class 4.00pm to 5.oo pm
Evening Nada Yoga( sound healing) 7.00 pm to 8.0
