in the 80th year of our club, we took the initiative to roll out our maiden tournament for women, in which 3 teams took part... it was a T-20 format, played in White Ball, between two Dark screens by sporting color dress on 26th & 27th March 2026 at Rabindra Sarobar ground, the 3 participating teams were Queens of Calcutta the Champion, Ladies of Rabindra Sarobar the Runners and Victorian princess the Second Runner up..... 🏏

In the second group league match of NCC BABY CRICKET LEAGUE our CCD CRICKET COACHING CENTRE boys have defeated the trainee cricketers of EAST BENGAL CLUB by 10 wickets, earlier they got them all out at 75 runs.
This tournament is played with the boys who are in the age group of 8-10 years, first of its kind in kolkata under a BCCI affiliated unit like NATIONAL CRICKET CLUB. It's noteworthy to mention that, our club had been the premier organiser of CCD KIDZ CRICKET LEAGUE for 3 consecutive years since 2024, 2025 and 2026. Which is the pipeline tournament for the aspirants of The CAB U-13 Ambar Roy Cricket tournament, played in White dresses and Red Duce balls for 15 overs. Here's the tournament of 10 overs played in white synthetic balls sporting attractive colour dresses.

Cricket Club Of Dhakuria takes the pleasure in extending its co-operation to Athlead Sports School in conducting their U-13 Age group's 15 overs cricket tournament with the intention of motivation to young cricketers of Bengal.... which was initially initiated by Cricket Club of Dhakuria with the inspiration of the great former Indian Cricket captain Sourav Ganguly, in that tournament all the three top team squad members were given free Test Match tickets India vs South Africa and now the organisers are going to provide sports gift vouchers..... really a bright step from the organisers for the young cricketers to showcase their skills with strong power of Motivation.... we wish this tournament to meet success.

Cricket Club Of Dhakuria 'র ৮০ তম বর্ষে ক্রীড়া শক্তি প্রকল্পের উদ্যোগে, আর ঢাকুরিয়া ক্লাব সমন্বয় সমিতির সহযোগিতায়, ঢাকুরিয়া ও তার সংলগ্ন এলাকায় সীমিত সুবিধাপ্রাপ্ত ছোট ছোট শিশু ও কৈশোরে অবস্থানরতদের নিয়ে, বাংলার হারিয়ে যাওয়া জনপ্রিয় খেলা - লাল লাঠি, পিট্টু, এক্কা দোক্কা থেকে শুরু করে দাঁড়িয়ে লাফাও, ব্যাঙ রেস, বস্তা রেস, শট পুট, হিট দ্যা স্টাম্প, ডু দ্যা গোল সহ মনোরঞ্জন করতে বয়স্কদের হাঁটা রেস, মিউজিক্যাল চেয়ার, পাসিং হ্যাট, ইত্যাদি, কে ফিরিয়ে আনতে ঢাকুরিয়া খেলার মেলা হবে তনু পুকুর মাঠে, আগামী ৩১শে জানুয়ারি ও ১য়লা ফেব্রুয়ারি ২০২৬ এ।
