Intermediate traning batch :-

Training Hours :-

○Intermediate :- 3 hours.
Morning fitness ( not including in camp session)

Court session 3 hours.
Strength training ( off court ) 1 hour.

○Advance :- 6 hrs.
Morning fitness ( not including in camp session)

Court session 6 hours. ( morning 2 hours 2 session evening 1 hours)
Strength training ( off court ) 1 hour.
