Her title of being a master athlete didn't come easy. She won Gold medals at the State and National Master's Athletics (45 +age category ) in 100m,200m,shotput throw, javelin throw,4×100m relay,4×400m relay, represented India in the International Masters Athletics Meet held in Jakarta, Indonesia in October 2018 and won golds in (200m,javelin throw) and silver in 100m and shotput throw and the list is endless! Meet Jonaki Mitra, A 75 year old, no rather a 75 year 'young' and energetic homemaker and an amazing runner, who's also an Ambassador in the upcoming SAHAS Eveathon 2020. It's been five years since she first started her running journey with HR and has been addicted ever since! She's been bagging several podiums in her category and is the true definition of "Running is You".
