Sai killing it 💪

This is 8 week progress of deepak. He comes in afternoon when I'm not available so he just takes schedule for 4weeks and follows that religiously. He already made good progress in lowering fat % and improving muscle %. Keep rocking brother. Don't stop till you make a sexy physique.

Presenting 3 months transformation of . He lost around 20 kgs in past 3 months. In the process he gained tremendous aerobic capacity and weight lifting ability. His fitness journey doesn't end here. It's just the beginning. Stay tuned for his next level transformation.

This transformation didn't happen overnight. Sai took his time in building lean mass and he is going strong towards building much more. Hats off to his consistent effort. Unlike other bodybuilders he doesn't overspend on supplements and diet. Being a student by profession he follows diet like a regular person but with minor healthy changes to it. Kudos boy 💪

Yet another transformation from synergy. Saichand have been one of the best client I got to train. Obedient, consistent, patience, dedicated, hardworking etc etc. He never missed a personal training session even though he had to stretch his night shift job and had to compromise with sleep a few times. Let's take it to the next level now :-)
