1st HPAP Battalion is presently commanded by Sh. Bhupinder Negi ,HPS. H.A.P. Installations. This Battalion vacated Junga in September, 1965. was raised by the Govt.
‘Junga’ was the capital of Erstwhile Keonthal State till 1948. ‘Mahasu’ District came in the existence in 1948, on the creation of Himachal Pradesh. Since 1949, ‘Junga’ continued to be District Police Lines of ‘Mahasu’ till 1960 and Police Training Centre of Himachal Pradesh Police. In 1960 ‘Mahasu’ Lines were shifted to Bharari (Bharatpur House) and the mounted Police of ‘Mahasu’ continued to be

❄️ नई सुविधा, बेहतर व्यवस्था! ✨
प्रथम हिमाचल प्रदेश सशस्त्र पुलिस, जुन्गा में अधिकारियों एवं जवानों/कर्मचारियों की दैनिक आवश्यकताओं एवं कल्याण को ध्यान में रखते हुए नए डबल डोर रेफ्रिजरेटर का लोकार्पण किया गया।
इस अवसर पर लेखाकार महोदया श्रीमती मीना देवी के कर-कमलों द्वारा, समादेशक महोदय श्री भूपेंद्र सिंह नेगी एवं चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ. अमित शर्मा की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति में नए रेफ्रिजरेटर का उद्घाटन संपन्न हुआ।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान निरीक्षक रमेश नेगी (प्रधान लिपिक), उपनिरीक्षक अनीता एवं उपनिरीक्षक अंजू बाला (सहायक प्रधान लिपिक), सहायक उपनिरीक्षक प्रवीण (सी.आर.सी.) एवं बटालियन के अन्य कार्यालय स्टाफ की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति रही।
यह नई सुविधा बटालियन की दैनिक दिनचर्या में सुविधा, स्वच्छता एवं बेहतर रख-रखाव को बढ़ावा देने के साथ-साथ अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों के कल्याण की दिशा में एक सकारात्मक पहल है।
