- USG Abdomen: Mild non-specific inflammatory pathology involving long segment of distal/terminal ileum and caecum

Treatment:

- Natrum Mur 0/1 TID for 2 weeks.

A CASE OF DELIRIUM TREMENS
( DTS , Alcohol withdrawal delirium )

At one fine evening one of my colleague
friend called me to attend a patient admitted in multispeciality hospital.

In fact patient had got road accident while driving bike . Patient is alcoholic. During accident he got head injury so he undergone through craniotomy to remove hematoma.

Patient was in delirium , he becomes violent , hitting , shouting , abusive and biting. He tried to escape from hospital so has to restraint him. Threatening to his son and wife as he would jump down from window.

Two causative factors are important in this case , one is head injury and other is alcohol withdrawal.

A CASE OF ASTHMA

A 37 years old lady consulted with complaints of Asthma.

CHEIF COMPLAINTS:

Cough with Breathelessness.

A CASE OF FROZEN SHOULDER WITH SCIATICA

A male patient of 42years consulted with severe acute pain of right sciatica and left frozen shoulder.

Complaints :

Radiating pain in right lower limb from gluteal region to heel.

Pain and restricted movement in left shoulder , he could not raise shoulder.

Hyperacidity , profuse bilious vomiting.

Curiously I saw clinical rubric from complete dynamic repertory :

Through eliminating method this rubric is compared with next rubric :

A CASE OF HEMORRHOIDS WITH UTI

A middle age women consulted for her complaints of Hemorrhoids and UTI. She was severely suffering from burning pain in re**um and urethra.

Previous prescription Berb.v failed to relive complaints.

This time she entered in clinic and abruptly said , " Now dont ask me any more question , first relieve my burning pain ! "

A 9 years old boy came with his father with complaints of
