Sunday trek to wasturwan:
Today team alpine rovers organized a one day trek to beautiful meadows of wasturwan and enjoyed a scenic view of pir panjal and zabarwan range.Team started at 9 am from wahab sahab shrine Shar shali and reached back safely by 6 pm

Total distance covered : 15 kms
Altitude : 2950 mtrs

Subjected to fair weather conditions,On Sunday 28-02-2021 team is organizing 1 day trek to beautiful slopes of Mt Wastoorwan.
It is necessary for all the participants to bring packed lunch, rain gear, and water along with them.
Participation fees will be 300rs per head.
Let's enjoy the beauty of snowy trails.

A beautiful alpine lake Hapatnar lake at an elevation of 4280m(asl) was explored by team .

3 members of team Alpine Rovers explored the highest alpine lake of kashmir valley Barafsar at an elevation of approximately 4605m (asl).

One day trek organised by team to sheeshnag lake with total number of 28 participants.
The altitude of the lake is 3590m (asl).

1 day trek organised by team Alpine Rovers to two alpine lakes yemsar and khemsar with altitude 3677 & 3701 m (asl) . Total number of participants were 15.

A beautiful high altitude alpine lake at altitude of 3590m(asl) . It can easily be done 1 day as trek gradient is easy. The lake is nearly 1.1 km in length and is blue in color.

Trek upto kousernag lake done by team alpine rovers . Total distance covered was nearly 40 km. The valley was surrounded by high mountains and beautiful forests.
Kousernag is one of the most beautiful lakes in the valley and is nearly 3 km long .
