Kmr Invitation Cup 2014 - Bandipora Stadium - SBT Kerala v/s JK Bank

The inaugural Kashmir Invitation Football Cup 2014 - organized by J&K Football Association and J&K State sports Council.
6 six are participating in this event- 3 national and 3 local teams: Air India, ONGC, SBT, J&K Police, J&K Forest, J&K Bank.

Indoor Festival Final Update:
F-cube - Al Gazali defeated Encantidos FC in a penalty shoot out after a hard fought match ended 1-1 in normal time . Afnan played very well for Encantidos but Saliq , Gazalis Goalie was the match winner as he saved all penalties in the shoot out.

U-17 : Tyndale Biscoe overcame a spirited performance by Burn Hall and won 2-1. It was a controversial and high voltage final which is the highlight of any Biscoe-Burn Hall contest.

Best Player Awards:
U-17 Top Scorer: Asrar Rehbar (Burn Hall)
U-17 Best Player: Waqar (Burn Hall)

F-Cube Top Scorer: Amir Khan (Hallions Utd)
F-Cube Best Player: Saliq (Al Gazali)

Player of the Tournament : Afnan Fayaz (Encantidos FC).

Highlights from the Final Day of the Indoor Futsat Festival 2014. Awards and Momentos plus match highlights !

Fixtures for the Final Matchday - Sunday April 20:
U-17 Final : Burn Hall School v/s Tyndale Biscoe School.
F-Cube Final : Encantidos FC v/s Al Gazali FC.

All football fans are requested to reach the venue by 11 am. Finals will be followed by the Prize Ceremony.

See you all at the Indoor Stadium. Hope we have a great exhibition of Total Football style of play :-)

The finals of the Indoor Futsal Festival will be played on Sunday. All participating teams are invited to attend the finals as well as prize ceremony.

We will be giving away best player and top scorer award in both U-17 and F Cube.

There is also a Player of the Tournament award for the most outstanding player across both categories. He will get a special gift from Zezoy.com !

Update of todays Semi-finals from the Indoor Festival :
U-17 : Burn Hall School beat New convent on a penalty shoot out after the full time score was 1-1. Tyndale Biscoe had a comfortable 2-0 victory over FC 69.

F-Cube: Al Gazali took revenge for their semi final defeat in last years Kashmir Football Festival 2013 by beating Hallions 2-1 in an end to end fast paced game.

In the second semi-final, it was a nervy tactical battle between Offside and Encantidos. Both teams came close to finding the breakthrough. Eventually Encantidos latched on to a defensive error and scored the only and winning goal to book their place in the final.

Both finals will be played on the same day. Date will be announced soon.
