The torture you went through for five years was not because of board or anyone else, it was because of the bad company and bad decisions you made. From 2015-2019, the board backed you for 4 years with every possible resource they could have. Getting dropped like this is surely hurting, but being an athlete you have to be strong enough to deal with such situations. This wasn't mental torture for you, this snub should have been mental strength booster for you. You fought with all the odds for five years, you could have done it again, you had the platforms to prove yourself and return to the side, but you did not choose that, you chose to give up against all the odds. For me, you were always a star, but seeing you fall like this, it is not what you were meant to be. Mistakes happen, you still have the time to reconsider and revert your decision. PSL BPL LPL T10 are all yours to perform and return to national side.

Shocked and heart broken, not because of your retirement, because of the decision you took. Bad company again, bad decisions again, SAD!
